Racheal Walser is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that promote community engagement for both emerging and established organizations.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Racheal has developed a broad range of expertise, including anti-violence education, crisis response in high-pressure environments, and navigating an evolving sector through the creation of inclusive, resourceful, and effective teams.

Racheal has served as a National YWCA Fellow, presented at the 2022 CAEH Conference, and been featured in numerous print, radio, and podcast discussions on gender-based violence. She has held leadership roles in several nationally recognized organizations.
